Hiring Process

 

Details of the Easy Hire Tools Hiring Process are listed below;

• Tools and Equipment can be booked either online or by contacting Easy Hire Tools,

• Tool collection and return must be within normal hours of opening,

• Standard hire durations are 4 hours, 24 hours, 2 days and weekly,

• 4 hour hire rates are morning or afternoon and cannot be overnight,

• A Damage Waiver will apply to all bookings,

• All bookings are subject to the Easy Hire Tools Terms and Conditions,

• Fuel usage is not included in the hire rate (unless stated on website page for the selected equipment),

• Some blade usage or wear is included in hire rates (as stated on individual equipment website page for the selected equipment),

• Delivery quotes can be provided and are dependent on distance from Easy Hire Tools,

•  Bookings;

  • All Bookings will be confirmed by email,

  • Easy Hire Tools will contact the customer for more details, if required,

  • Any changes to bookings or cancellations must be notified to Easy Hire Tools in writing, ideally with more than 24hours notice,

  • A Damage Waiver will be applied to all bookings.

• Returns;

  • Upon return, the equipment will be inspected and the customer advised of;​

    • Any fuel refill fee, ($5 plus number of litres charged for at market rate),​

    • Any blade wear fees,

    • Any charges for damage or loss, not covered by the damage waiver,

    • Any excess hire fees for late return.

Weekend Special 

​

Weekend Special Deal – Hire for 2 days and only pay for 1 – (Not applicable to all tools);

• Collect equipment after 2.00pm Friday (subject to availability – please contact us after 12pm on Friday to confirm Friday collection) or Saturday morning after 8.00am and return it on the following Monday before 9.00am,

• This Weekend Special Deal can be booked either online or by contacting Easy Hire Tools,

• When booking the Weekend Special online, the booking will default to a 2-day rate. Easy Hire Tools will manually change the rate to a 1-day rate and then email confirmation.

• Not available on all equipment. Check our website page for the selected equipment for more details,

• Prior booking is required for this Weekend Special deal and all bookings are subject to availability,​

• Consumables such as blade and disc wear will be included as per 1 day hire rates,

• No other discounts apply to the weekend hire deal,

• Terms and conditions apply and are subject to change.
